How/why did I become an instructor? I became an instructor in 2019 at the age of 18. So many people think that Jazzercize is just for old people but I am telling you IT’S NOT! I am a dancer so Jazzercize as a form of exercise was a for sure choice. I love motivating the customer to be the best they can be, and watching their transformation.

What is the best thing about Jazzercise? The best thing about Jazzercize is that it is an all over workout! You get the best of both worlds; cardio, strength and stretch, always done to the latest music. It’s like a 3 for 1!

When you join Jazzercize your journey becomes not one you take on your own. The support and community is half the reason so many customers have achieved their health goals.

What is the best thing about teaching a Jazzercise class? One of my most favourite things about being an instructor is the customers and the energy they bring to class. I love watching their transformation from when they first start taking classes. Their growth in confidence and fitness is truly inspiring and I look up to them all so much!

How/why did you become an instructor?
My friend Kerina introduced me a few of years ago! I loved it and I wished I had joined sooner! A little while later Leanne motivated me to do my Instructor training, which I was hesitant about at first, but now (more than a year later) I’m so glad I took the dive! I’ve been stretched and challenged, physically and mentally, I’ve laughed a lot and definitely learned a lot, including things about myself!

What is the best thing about Jazzercise?
I just love dancing! It feels so good! The added bonus: it’s slimming and builds muscle! I’ve felt the physical and mental benefits of Jazzercising regularly!

What is the best thing about teaching a Jazzercise class?
I love the privilege of making the class smile and enjoy themselves! I also enjoy the challenge of putting a smashing set together that is both fun and strengthening!

How/Why did you become an instructor? I loved Jazzercise from my very first class but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would go from backrow unco to instructor.  I grew up a horse rider, not a dancer!!  But repetition is a powerful thing, after 2 years on rocking it on the dance floor our owner convinced me to sign up to training and the rest is history 😊

What is the best thing about Jazzercise? Connection!!  Connection to a group of likeminded women who are all willing to be open, vulnerable and push through their limits both on the dance floor and in life.  Connection to yourself.  Dancing is so freeing, an hour of being yourself and leaving the world behind.

What is the best thing about teaching a Jazzercise class? Seeing and feeling the vibe of everyone in class. Each class is a unique experience and at the end of our hour we all feel lighter in spirit and stronger in nature.

How/Why did you become an instructor? I have danced my whole life since 5 years old and started jazzercise as a fun alternative to keep me active. It was so much fun and I loved the supportive environment! So when Leanne encouraged me to become an instructor I saw no reason not to. It’s become something I’m very passionate about and I have enjoyed every second of the process!

What is the best thing about Jazzercise? The best thing about jazzercise is the constant support from all the lovely ladies that come to classes! Everyone has the best energy and we get to dance it out to fun and new music. The range of exercise from cardio, strength and stretch is the best thing to reach your fitness goals and have fun in so many different ways!

What is the best thing about teaching a Jazzercise class? The best thing about teaching is seeing all the smiling faces across the room! Getting to encourage so many amazing people to be active and just have fun is the best feeling! I always love the energy we all create and it’s an amazing way to stay motivated with your friends!

How/Why did I become an instructor? I became an instructor 5 years ago as I loved Jazzercise from my very first class. The thought of being able to stay fit while doing something I loved and helping others find a joy in fitness too really inspired me to become an instructor.

The best thing about Jazzercise - ALL OF IT! The music, the moves, the simple but fun choreography, the energy you get during and after class, the beautiful community of regular customers and seeing how customers grow stronger, more confident and leave class feeling fantastic!

The best part about teaching Jazzercise is seeing customers enjoying themselves in class and leaving feeling happy, energised, like they’ve left their stress on the dance floor.

How/why did I become an instructor? I joined the Jazzercise family after I moved to Australia from Canada. I was hooked after the first class. I loved everything about it; the music, the moves, the instructors, the customers, and the activewear. I started in the back corner and danced my way to the stage.

What is the best thing about Jazzercise? The best thing…the team! Everyone that is involved with this amazing community. I have made so many friends and have danced with so many people from many corners of the world. Our studio instructors, our loyal customers, our #jazzercisenation, and our corporate team. We’re the best!

What is the best thing about teaching a Jazzercise class? I love turning up the music and having a mini dance party every time I get on that stage! I love seeing the customers’ smiling faces and the energy that they give off each time the music starts. They motivate me to give them the best hour of their day! And we always end the class feeling happy, no matter what type of day we have had. Dancing fixes anything!
